XS/Puppy/Cat: preferable for puppies, cats, chihuahuas, etc.
S/M: preferable for corgis, french bull dogs, labradoodles and dalmations, etc
L/XL: preferable for great danes , etc.
 
These fit over collars 0.5 -- 1.5" wide, for wider please specify your specific width.
